The Lauxes Slimline Tile Insert Grates provide a sleek and discreet linear drainage solution designed to blend seamlessly with your tiled surface. The tile insert design allows a section of your chosen tile to be installed into the grate, creating a clean, minimal finish with the drainage grate concealed within the tiled surface.

Manufactured from anodised aluminium, the range is suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications, including bathrooms, showers, balconies and other wet areas.

The range is available in 21mm, 26mm and 35mm depths, providing options to suit different installation requirements, tile thicknesses and finished floor heights.

AVAILABLE SIZES

The Lauxes Tile Insert range is available in three profiles to suit different installation requirements:

Slimline Tile Insert 21

• 21mm deep × 100mm wide
• Designed for applications where a lower installation profile is required
• Suitable for tiles up to approximately 10mm thick

Slimline Tile Insert 26

• 26mm deep × 100mm wide
• Provides additional depth for installations requiring a deeper channel
• Suitable for tiles up to approximately 11mm thick

Tile Insert Plus 35

• 35mm deep × 100mm wide
• Designed for applications requiring a deeper drainage channel
• Provides additional installation depth while maintaining the discreet tile insert appearance

AVAILABLE LENGTHS

For smaller installations, 1m, 1.6m and 2m lengths are available to order.

Longer 3m and 5.6m lengths are also available for larger projects and can be cut onsite to the required finished length.

This range of available lengths makes the Lauxes Tile Insert system suitable for everything from smaller residential bathrooms through to larger commercial and outdoor applications.

TILE INSERT DESIGN

The Tile Insert design allows a section of the surrounding tile to be installed into the grate, creating a clean and virtually seamless appearance across the finished floor.

This makes the Tile Insert range particularly suitable for modern bathrooms and showers where the drainage solution is intended to blend into the surrounding tiled surface.

The 35mm Tile Insert Plus provides an additional depth option for installations where a deeper grate profile is required, while maintaining the same discreet tile insert concept.

INSTALLATION & SIZING

The Tile Insert Grates can be cut onsite to the required length, providing flexibility for different installation sizes.

The waste outlet can be positioned along the bottom tray to suit the plumbing layout, providing greater flexibility during installation. Joiners are also available where longer runs are required.

Installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified and licensed tradesperson in accordance with the applicable Australian Standards, Lauxes installation instructions and local requirements.

21MM DEPTH DOES NOT ALLOW 40MM AND 50MM WASTE OUTLETS DUE TO DRAINAGE ABILITY.
