Mr. and Mrs. Lang, a married couple both in their 60’s, were fast approaching their well-deserved retirement. As part of their retirement portfolio, the Langs had purchased an investment property in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast and the time had come to sell. Having purchased the three bedroom unit many years ago, the property already showed a healthy return.
