Warranty Claim Form
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, as well as compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards but do not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
- All products must be installed by a licensed Trades person and in accordance to Australian standards/BSA regulations or warranty may be void.
- In some instances, water damage may not be covered by warranty; all cabinetry is water resistant but is not water proof.
- Isolation valves must be installed with all tapware and water pressure/temperature must not exceed Australian standards/BSA regulations or warranty will be void.
- Broken, chipped or scratched glass is not covered by warranty, (please make sure that all glass is installed by a licensed glazier and correct PPE is worn when installing or moving glass) all glass sold by WHO Bathroom Warehouse meets all required Australian standards.
For warranty claims or enquiries, please fill out the Warranty Request Form. A copy of your form will be emailed directly to the store for attention. Images of your product may aid your claim.
WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED:
- What store did you purchase the item from?
- Purchase date.
- Description of product fault.
- Tradesperson used to install product and their license number.
Please send images of the product which you are claiming a warranty for. Providing us with as much information as possible will support your claim.
