How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, simply provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product. You can submit this proof at the time of purchase or within 7 days after your purchase, either in person or online. Once we verify your request and confirm that the competitor’s product is in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method, we’ll gladly match the price or refund the difference.
Exclusions
The following items are excluded from our price match policy:
- Offers that include cashback, bonuses, bulk purchases, quantity limits, or package deals.
- Pricing that includes delivery or installation fees.
- Offers not available to the general public, such as trade, special event, club, or membership deals.
- Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration, or display items.
- Products sold by third-party sellers on marketplaces, auction sites, or classifieds.
- Items supplied through unauthorized distributors (often referred to as 'grey market' products) or shipped directly from overseas distributors.
- Pricing errors.
- Products priced significantly below the recommended retail price or market value.
What Proof to Provide
When requesting a price match, please show a member of the WHO Bathroom Warehouse team the competitor's current advertisement or website link. Make sure the offer includes an end date and any applicable terms and conditions. A team member will verify the lower price and product availability on the competitor's site. Once confirmed, we will create an offer for you to purchase the product at the matched price.
